Dell has the worst customer service EVER

I was just on hold with Dell customer service for an hour and they just hung up my phone. I ordered a laptop on June 28th and they pushed the shipping date to August 28th. The original deal with the laptop was that it was supposed to come two weeks after I originally ordered it (July 13th) but they pushed that back to a month. For the last installment they pushed it back two months from my original order date. I am completely irate that Dell has the worst customer service and can’t even get me the computer I ordered so long ago. They did not even tell me what the problem was in the emails they sent me every time there was a delay. I had to call them and even then they said they were checking every part to make sure it worked. I asked for a discount and if they shipped it out on the proper date (Aug. 28th) they could only give me 100 dollars back and that’s it.I wait 2 months for a stock computer and that’s it, only 100 dollars. Frickin Dell needs to get their stuff together. I tried using the live chat and it was there yesterday but with so many angry customers they moved it off the site. All I have to say is FRICKIN DELL.
