Blog Action Day

We all came together today to talk about the environment. Different companies and individuals are posting about a specific topic for the environment. We have waited for this day and want to see what everyone will talk about. The topic I chose was trash. It may seem like a general topic but I have seen littering all over the world, from the streets of Chennai India to the neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Trash is a problem for everyone.

The direct effect of throwing your trash in open areas is killing the earth. There is bacteria that is growing from the mold that is left from food on the ground. Plants are dying because of seepage of trash that is flowing to the roots of the plants. Water is becoming tainted and unsafe to drink.

Just throw your trash away, clean up the earth. If anything can be recycled, recycle it.

I cannot express in words how dirty this world is becoming, here are a few pictures I have.

The first one I have is from Vietnam on street, the alley way was dirtier but I was scared about taking a picture because of all the locals there.
